DIY - Set Only Modular Home 

This is your opportunity to save some $. You prepare the site, you install the foundation, utilities and you arrange for the completion of finish work.

  • For those DIY families, we offer a set only option. We provide the design, the modular house; manufactured, delivered, and set. This does include the cost and coordination of the crane and crew on the day of the set.  The homeowner does the rest, 

  • On-Going Advice 

  • We will be available to you at no additional cost for advice and information during your DIY modular construction process.
